Did you know that conventional pizza boxes are not recyclable once soiled with grease.

We pitched a circular solution in pizza delivery during a half-day makeathon hosted by IDEO London CoLab.

Why Pizza Stationi?

Do want to live in a more sustainable way? Do you care about the waste you are creating?

Or are you often mass-ordering take out for your peers, colleagues or friends? Are you an apartment dweller who likes to order pizzas? Are you living in a dorm where most of the students are ordering pizza at least once in a week?

Pizza Stationi is designed for zero waste pizza delivery where the delivery person can bring back used pizza boxes to restaurants.

The Design of the Box

-lined with biodegradable sheets for to reduce preparation time and sustain a hygenic environment for your food.

The Design of the Station

With Pizza Stationi Network, pizza restaurants will reduce pizza box costs while being more sustainable. In our system we are introducing "Pizza Stationi"s to deposit used-pızza boxes. If you are living in a crowded apartment or work space, it can often become over-crowded with pizza boxes when ordering take-out. That's why we designed a specific area to leave the boxes and get discount for your next order. This way you are not storing your stinking pizza boxes until your next order and the boxes are getting cleaned as soon as possible.

Pizza deliverers wıll be notified of local 'Pizza Stationis' when delivering to similar areas. This way delivery person can get all those boxes back to the restaurant to be used again and again, saving fuel and utilising the return journey to the restaurant.
